The Implementing Agency of the Ministry of Labor, Social Affairs and Family of the Slovak Republic (hereinafter referred to as the IA MoLSaF) started implementing the national project Center for Social Dialogue II on 1 June 2016.

The aim of the project is to deepen and combine the practical experience and skills of people working in the organizational structures of social partners not only in the field of collective bargaining, but also in the formation of social partnership in social dialogue at all levels, through education of the social partners to build the professional capacities.

Goal of this activity is to prepare a new generation of representatives of the state, employers and employees, who will know not only the trade union and employer environment, but will also be able to perceive the impact of measures resulting from the new international division of labor. The implementation of the project will support discussions and negotiations between the social partners and public administration institutions. It will create support mechanisms for training structures in social dialogue, space for the possibility of mobility and transfer of experience, examples of good practice and know-how from abroad to Slovakia.

Project purpose: Creation of a space for negotiations between the social partners with the aim of streamlining and improving the preparation of legislation at the tripartite level and building the professional capacities of the social partners.
